PROPERTY OVERViEW

The beautiful province of Malaga, stretched across Spain's southern coastline, continues to be one of the most desirable places to be no matter what time of year. On offer here is a chance to make a shrewd investment into this magnificent part of the world with this fantastic property.

Located in the picturesque village of La Molina, in municipality of Cutar, Malaga, the house features 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, unique designs throughout, private swimming pool and a spacious private garden to enjoy the stunning views and soak up the famous Mediterranean sunshine.

This property is not only a comfortable, spacious and modern place to live but also a potential venture into the ever-growing holiday Spanish rental market, thanks to its spectacular location. This area is famed for its stunning beach areas and golf courses, and this property is just minutes away from many of them.

Malaga is also the perfect base from which to discover many of Spain's other fascinating areas such as Benalmadena, Marbella, Gibraltar and Torremolinos.

For those with an even greater sense of adventure, Cutar is also just a short boat trip away from discovering the many fascinating countries and cultures of North Africa such as Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco.

Sports and leisure fans will be delighted with the vast array of walking, cycling and fishing areas in the vicinity and, as mentioned, the area is surrounded by many excellent golf courses including Baviera Golf and Anoreta Golf.

Soccer fans will also be keen to note that the area is less than one hour away short from the stadium of Malaga CF, who regularly compete in Spain's top division, the famous La Liga.

The area is also very well-connected transport wise both on the ground and in the air with Malaga international airport 40 miles away. This is of course yet another huge plus point in the context of the holiday rental market. As previously mentioned, being so close to the coast, Manilva also offers numerous boat trips, some of which even offer the option of exploring many other fascinating countries cultures in nearby North Africa.

ABOUT THE AREA

if you think the Costa del Sol is soulless, you clearly haven't been to Malaga. Loaded with history and brimming with a youthful vigour that proudly acknowledges its multi-layered past, the city that gave the world Picasso has transformed itself in spectacular fashion, with half a dozen new art galleries, a radically rethought port area and a nascent art district called Soho. Not that Malaga was ever lacking in energy: the Spanish-to-the-core bar scene could put bags under the eyes of an insomniac, while the food culture encompasses both Michelin stars and tastefully tatty fish shacks.

Come here for tapas washed down with sweet local wine and stay in a creative boutique hotel sandwiched between a Roman amphitheatre, a Moorish fortress and the polychromatic Pompidou Centre, while you reflect on how eloquently Malaga has reinvented itself for the 21st century. Look out, Seville.

CUTAR

Cutar is a gorgeous little whitewashed village, located in remarkable landscape, in the foothills of the Sierra Tejeda of the Axarquia region. The scenery is majestic mountainous, contrasting with a fertile land filled with olive groves and vineyards winding down to the rivers La Cueva and Cutar.

it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, or to the contrary, an activity-filled experience in the mountains. The proximity to the coastline makes it a good jump off point to explore the rest of the Costa del Sol.

The village is located 40 kilometres from Malaga city; a car journey which will take around an hour. Lying inland, the closest area of coastline is around Velez Malaga, 26 kilometres or 40 minutes drive to the south.

North of the village is the dominating peak of Pena de Hierro y Cutar, 585 metres above sea level, where Neolithic and iron Age archaeological finds have been made.

As with the rest of the region, Cutar enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. There is approximately 300 days of sunshine and the proximity to the sea keeps temperatures manageable during the summer months.
