The property for sale is called Oori River Lodge and it is located approximately 8 km north of Lanseria International Airport and a short drive from the cities of Johannesburg and Pretoria. The Lodge is private and secluded and lies on the banks of the Crocodile river. The crocodile river is a large river that traverses Gauteng and North West Province province in South Africa.

This property is located in the province of Gauteng in South Africa and is about 4km from the R512 which is a regional route in South Africa. The total size of the property is approximately 21 ha. The property is located in the heart of the 1000 ha Oori Private Game Reserve. This game reserve is owned, funded and maintained by the owners of the area. Many landowners in this area have already agreed to a commitment to formalise conservation of the area.

The main residence is approximately 450 m2 and has 4 ensuite bedrooms. All have access to the gardens. There is a large open plan living and dining area. There is an entrance hall to the front and a guest toilet as well. There is a large kitchen, scullery and laundry area and a separate bar adjacent to the lounge.
