The entrance to the upper floors is independent and is made by a very beautiful stone staircase.
On the 1st floor has a kitchen and dining room which is to be used by Hostel customers
On this floor has a bathroom and a huge rooms with a capacity for 8 people and a full bathroom.
On the 2nd floor there is also a bedroom with a capacity of 8 people and a private bathroom.

On 3rd floor has a suite with a double bed and a single bed.
This Hostel has been totally refurbished for about 3 years, it is very functional and modern.
The Edificio can also be used as a family home.
LOCATION:
The town of Constancia dubbed "Vila Poema" is known for being the residence of the poet Luis de Camões, who wrote some of his lyrics here, possibly in 1546 or 1547.
The village has the rivers at your feet, the river Tejo and the river Zezere is inspiring of stories with their beautiful backyards full of flowers.
With its annual festivals, the village of Constancia brings thousands of visitors every year.
The river beach of Constancia, at the confluence of the river Zezere with the Tagus river, is the favorite spot during the summer heat. It has a small sandy beach, a picnic area and a bar
To the Lake of the Dam of "Castelo de Bode' is only about 10 minutes away. This lake is popular for all kinds of water sports activities. The lake is also a paradise for wildlife with very pure water and there are several river beaches near the property where you can relax in the sun.
Access to the highway is about 5 minutes, where you arrive at Lisbon airport in an hour and a half, although it is possible to use the train or bus for this trip. The sea coast is about an hour and a half by car where you have beautiful beaches such as Nazare, ideal for surf lovers and other sea sports. Lisbon airport is served by several low cost airlines that operate scheduled flights between Portugal and the United Kingdom and other European countries.
