This area of the House is in good condition, but would benefit with some modification on the design of these spaces, especially in the kitchen/living room area, perhaps some changes in there configuration by adding a modern twist to the spaces. The bedrooms are not very large but comfortable and practical. The floor of the bedrooms and the living-rooms are wood-made. The kitchen is comfortable and practical, and is functional, but requires some modernization, in order to make it more in line with modern times. In one of the corners there is a small fireplace that warms this area of the first floor. The bathroom is spacious and has a bath-tube, works nicely, but with time, maybe you should change some of the equipment, sink etc. And add a personal touch. Finally we have the room/Storage, which has been used to keep clothes, do the tasks related to the daily maintenance of the House etc. But that can be adapted and used according to the needs and desires of each person.

-Finally we have the area of the Attic, which was completely renovated, adapted and divided in two large bedrooms at the moment, with direct connection to a magnificent South-facing panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy the amazing idyllic views, to the mountains that surround this property, and to the Valley, which stretches to the bottom, crossed by a small river, and whose sound of his running waters can be heard on the sunny days/ afternoons, that you may enjoy on this fantastic space. If you want you can change these interior (the bedrooms) spaces and used them according to the wishes or personal projects you may have, in order to extract the maximum potential from what exists.

Esta casa esta situada numa pequena Aldeia a cerca de 2km do Centro da Vila de Castanheira, onde pode encontrar tudo o que precisa para o seu dia-a-dia, tal como, Centro de Saude, Supermercados, Bancos, Restaurantes, Escolas etc. Tambem existem rapidas e faceis ligacões rodoviarias para todas as direcões em Portugal.

Esta zona da casa, tambem esta pronta a habitar, mas na minha opiniao tambem beneficiaria com algumas mudancas no desenho dos espacos, por exemplo existem 2 salas divididas apenas por uma parede simples de alterar, que poderia ser facilmente demolida, criando assim uma sala unica, muito mais espacosa, confortavel, "libertando espaco', e com isso obter novas sensacões em relacao a este espaco. Os quartos nao sendo muito grandes, sao confortaveis e praticos. O soalho dos quartos e das salas sao em madeira. A cozinha e pratica e confortavel, e esta funcional, mas necessita de alguma modernizacao, de forma a torna-la mais de acordo com os tempos modernos. Num dos cantos da cozinha existe uma pequena Lareira, que aquece esta area do primeiro andar. A casa de banho e espacosa, e tem banheira, funciona na perfeicao, mas com tempo talvez deve-se mudar alguns dos equipamentos, lavatorio etc. E acrescentar mais algum toque pessoal. Por ultimo temos a sala/Arrumacao, que tem sido usada pra guardar roupas, fazer as tarefas relacionadas com a manutencao diaria da casa etc. Mas que podera ser adaptada e usada conforme as necessidades e desejos de cada pessoa.

-Por fim temos a area do Sotao, que foi completamente adaptado e renovado e que se divide de momento em dois grandes quartos, com ligacao direta a um magnifico terraco panoramico, virado a Sul, de onde se podem desfrutar das magnificas e edilicas vistas, sobre as serras que envolvem esta propriedade e sobre o vale, que se estende ao fundo, atravessado por uma pequena ribeira, e cujo som das suas aguas correntes se pode escutar nos dias/tardes soalheiras, que podera passar neste fantastico espaco.
