Once the largest room (18ft x 22ft) is complete the house could sleep 8+ people. There is room for an upstairs bathroom. The house has two drive way access points, one to the front outside the front door, and additionally a rear access into the back garden.



The garden is flat to lawn, 1/3 acre surrounded by hedging, trees etc. There is a above ground swimming pool 16ft x 16ft next to the lean to/shed area which is watertight, this contains the pool pump, mower, logs and gardening equipment and furniture.



The property has a full-size TV aerial and also a satellite dish. For our personal circumstances as a holiday home and 2nd residence the Fonciere tax costs €240 per year and the Habitation tax €417. The property has been owned by the owner for 14 years, and used as a private holiday home.
