This property for sale is located by the River Danube, 20 Minutesandrsquo; drive south from the town of Vidin. Vidin is a border town with Romania and you can actually connect to Romania via a ferry. Places for tourists to visit include Baba Vida Fortress which is one of the most remarkable monuments of medieval architecture. Vidin has a diverse night life with bars, restaurants, nightclubs and a large Casino.

To the south the port of Lom always makes for a nice day out with bars and restaurants and a large play area for the children. If you go to the south for approximately 1.5 hrs you will reach the Mountain spa town of Vratsa and Montana.

The bus from Sofia to Vidin takes 3.5 hrs making one stop at Vratsa for a break and will make a prearranged drop off and pick up just a few meters from the house.

It is an ideal place to suit fishing, walking bird watching. On the banks of the Danube thereandrsquo;s a beach ideal for bathing. There is also a freshwater spring about 500 metres from the house. There is an outdoor swimming facility for 8 lev each for the day only 15 minutes away.
