The Apartment for sale is located in Pirin Street in Pleven which is located in northern Bulgaria. It is in the centre of the city and close to the town centre and to the medical University in Pleven which is very popular with many foreign and Bulgarian students there.

Pleven is a big transport centre. There are regular bus lines to Sofia, Veliko Turnovo, Lovech, Troyan and a lot of other big and small settlements. Pleven is situated on the main railway line Sofia - Gorna Oryahovitsa - Varna (Rousse). There is also a town bus and trolley-bus transport, functioning in Pleven.
