Big, solid country house with annex and small garden situated in a quiet village 20 km to the north of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has overall four levels – ground floor, first floor, second floor and attic. The property is located on a quiet side street in less than five minutes walking distance from primary school, library, two shops, small café-bar, the village post office, the mayor`s office, park, main square and bus stop. The building is about ten years old. It was built on the same site where the old rural house used to be. The roof of the property is in good condition and almost all of the windows and doors in the house are new, double-glazed, made of PVC. There are also buses that travel back and forth to Vratsa and pass through the village thus establishing a cheap and easy connection with the city. There one can go to a visit a doctor or dentist, to go to the movies or to the theater, visit the historical museum, the library, do some shopping, have a nice dinner in one of the great local restaurants or just spend some time with friends in one of the many café-bars.
