7 Signs of a Failing Roof That Call for a Replacement

Without constant vigilance, it is easy to miss those telltale signs that a roof is aging. While these signs don’t always suggest you need an immediate replacement, it does signify that you need to pay attention to maintenance as it will continue to decline and need repairs. 1. Missing Shingles

Weather patterns like high winds, rain or blizzards tend to wreak havoc on shingles. It is not uncommon for homeowners to find shingles laying on the lawn or the rooftop:
