Owing to the nature of software and the internet, no guarantee is given of uninterrupted or error free access to or running of this site or the transactions conducted through it and we shall not be liable for any failure in processing your details due to software or internet errors or unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Advertising property

By submitting your details you are indicating that you are the legal owner of the property or are the owners authorised agent You give permission for Homes Go Fast to publish details of your property. The details that are submitted are a true and accurate reflection of your property and are not misleading in any way.

Advertisers must ensure that all listings and other advertisements are accurate and up to date, are not misleading, comply with all applicable laws and regulations and do not infringe any third party intellectual property or other rights. Also, such content must not be offensive, vulgar, racist, abusive, invasive of another’s privacy or similarly inappropriate.

Advertising with our Partners

Please allow up to 3-4 working days for your property details to be listed on our partner sites. Technical reasons which are beyond our control may delay this process. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for any interruptions or delays with your property details being listed on our partner sites. Please note we have no control over the design and display of your property details on our partner sites. However please make us aware of any complaints and we will aim to resolve them with our partners.

Property descriptions, photographs, graphics, images and all other site content displayed on this site are copyright of Homes Go Fast and may not be reproduced without our written consent. However printing of hard copies of material on it for your personal, non-commercial use. All other copying whether in electronic, hard copy or other format is prohibited and all other rights reserved.

Complaints Procedure

If you have any reason to complain please email us using our feedback form headed “Complaint” stating any reference numbers and the nature of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge this within 3 working days and to resolve complaints within 30days..

Errors in any area of order processing, delivery or administration will be corrected within 30 days.

In the event that the Homes Go Fast and consumer cannot agree on the resolution of a complaint, Homes go Fast will advise the consumer of the Safe Buy mediation procedure.

None of the above processes affects the right of the consumer to take the matter to the Courts or any other complaints resolution body.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability for any loss arising due to our negligence will be limited to a sum equal to the value of the advertising fee received

Cancellations Refunds


Agents wishing to cancel a pay per enquiry advertising package within 7 days of their initial top up deposit will be offered a full refund. Agents may cancel this agreement at any time, if we hold any funds on credit following settlement of our final invoice, these will be repaid to you as we may determine including offering services equivalent to your outstanding credit balance.

Private Sellers

Clause 8(3) of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that the statutory cancellation (cooling-off) period of 7 days for services purchased over the internet, does not apply where performance of that service has already commenced with the customer’s agreement.

Our online payment facilities are designed to activate your public advertising automatically and therefore, by making a payment for advertising on this site you signify your agreement to the advertising service commencing IMMEDIATELY and that the standard cooling-off period does not apply as per clause 8(3) of the Regulations.

This does not affect your right to cancel your advertising within 24 hours for a full refund under our no-quibble cancellation terms (see above).

Although for practical purposes we provide an open-ended service (see no time-limit above), for various legal reasons we are obliged to restrict our financial liability.

The price we charge relates essentially to the set up cost of each paid property advertisement and the initial administration involved. Therefore, once a customer’s property details have been published on this site for a period EXCEEDING 7 DAYS, our service is deemed to have been fully delivered.

After the 7 day ‘paid-up’ period, advertising and support is continued for a further indefinite period (until sold) FREE OF CHARGE.

No refund of our advertising fees will be made, purely on the grounds that the property becomes subject to an offer or is sold to any purchaser, introduced by us or not, after publication of paid advertising.

No refund of our advertising fees will be made for loss of service, temporary or permanent, in any circumstances, after the expiry of the initial 7 day advertising period.

Other circumstances may be reviewed and a refund offered at our discretion, however, under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of the advertising fee received.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you experience any problem using our service, or we make an error in publication, let us know straight away and we will do everything in our power to put things straight. We are justifiably proud of the quality of our service, customer care and support, but sometimes things can go wrong, so please contact us if you have a complaint about any aspect of our service to you.

Order Confirmation

Homes Go fast will advise the consumer by a confirmation of the order will be sent by email or post within 24 hours. This confirmation will include our company details, a unique order number, the total price and clear instructions on the consumer’s rights of cancellation or return, including timescale’s, with an explanation of how to effect a cancellation or return, including any return costs that may be applied.
