Addlestone ( or ) is a town in Surrey, England, just within the M25 18.6 miles (29.9 km) southwest of London.
Addlestone is home to the ancient Crouch Oak tree which said to have been picnicked under by Queen Elizabeth the first and marked the edge of Windsor Forest before the forest was cut down to build towns . Chertsey is the adjoining town, in which it was historically included, and Addlestone railway station is on the Chertsey Branch Line. It is also home to parts of St George's College, Weybridge.
