As you enter Villa Montana, you enter a spacious entrance hall off which you have a large open lounge, the kitchen and the bedrooms. The villa has been decorated using modern design and soft colours with a good use of natural light to create a welcoming, spacious villa. The large doors on two sides of the lounge and the windows in the pitch ceilings offer great light to the property. The glass doors to the East give you a stunning view of the Volcanic Mountains, and to the South, towards the town you have a sea view, right over to Fuerteventura.



The lounge has a comfortable sofa, wooden dining table with 6 high back chairs, a side table and lamp. To the front of the lounge there is a low cabinet with a television set on it. All the furniture is modern and complements the decor to make an appealing space to relax in.



The doors from the lounge lead out to the terrace area and swimming pool, the terrace and pool are situated to the south of the villa, ensuring there is sunshine all day long. The pool is approx 6 meters by 3 metres. There are 3 curved steps leading down into the pools shallow end. The pool has a insulating cover to maintain the temperature and an electric back up pool heater is available. Around the pool there are sun loungers for the sun worshippers to relax. Around the boundary wall and down the side of the property is a well kept garden, with Colourful Buganvilla and local palms. There is a outdoor patio dining table and chairs for those who like to BBQ in this fabulous temperate climate.



The villa is semi detached with high enough walls to keep it private and is set on a secure complex.



The fully fitted kitchen includes all electrical units, comprising of digital cooker, microwave, oven and hob. Over the hob is a stainless steel and glass extractor hood. A dishwasher and washing machine are built in to the kitchen units to keep a nice visual effect within the kitchen. With a Black granite work top and light coloured wood effect this creates a comfortable and easy place to prepare your food. The kitchen has a wide glass door at the far end which lead out to the terrace and pool area, to make outdoor dining as easy as possible, plus keep the kitchen well ventilated



The master bedroom contains a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a full length mirror and fitted wardrobes, the room is spacious and light with double doors and shutters overlooking the garden area of the villa. This room has an en suite bathroom containing shower, WC, Bidet, vanity unit and wash hand basin set into a marble surround.



The second bedroom comprises of a 2 single beds, 2 side cabinets with lamps, and fitted wardrobes, again the room is light and airy with a large window and shutter overlooking the front of the house.

The third bedroom has an ensuite shower room and double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, bedside lights and a large mirror.



There is a separate family bathroom between the double and twin rooms. This bathroom comprises of shower over bath, WC and hand basin set into a light coloured marble.



The villa is a short walk away from the town, approx 15 minutes, there is a local shop for day to day supplies, in the town there is a selection of supermarkets and fresh fish shops. On the community of Los Burganvillas where the villa is located there are tennis courts available for guests to use. The estate has a maintenance and security person, who job is to keep the community roads and paved areas to the best possible standard.

The promenade is well worth taking as it links both sides of the resort. it allows you to take in most of the (sea-front) sites of Playa Blanca as well as spectacular ocean views across the Bocaina Straits to Fuerteventura.

The coastline around Playa Blanca is essentially one large 9 kilometre wide bay which is then broken up into three smaller, but still large, bays. This basic geography means that the beaches in and around Playa Blanca are sheltered and ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

Shopping

Playa Blanca has all the normal tourist shops that you would imagine in the centre and along the central part of the beach promenade, although not as many as the other major resorts.



if you want a more upmarket style of shopping experience, then the Marina Rubicon is the place to go. A number of boutique clothing outlets and souvenir shops have opened for business within the environs of the marina.



Nightlife

While you can eat and drink in one of the many bars and restaurants in Playa Blanca, the tone of nightlife here is not as riotous as it is in other resorts on the island, certainly if you want late night discos then you really need to be looking at Puerto del Carmen or Costa Teguise.
