As per the town planning regulations of Calvià, the construction of detached family houses (one per plot) would be allowed in the area (in principle, of 2 stores, maximum height of 8m, maximum occupied area of 30%, and a built-up surface of 0.35 sqm per 1sqm of the total surface of the plot).  In addition water and electricity supplies are close to the plots

Each plot has a surface of approx. 934 and 993 sqm, respectively. Although minimum surface are of plots to be considered as buildable is 1,200 sqm,  With the original project the council confirmed building licences would be approved.  Naturally that will need to be re-qualified however, we have every reason to be confident this will not be an issue even if its surface area is  slightly smaller than the theoretical minimum surface area (assuming, as it seems to be the case that these plots are part of the original plots in which the residential complex was divided into).

They are adjacent plots and are located in the Residential Complex of Costa d’en Blanes (Calvià), very close to the sea. Additionally, as you can see below, right where the plots are located, the left side is undeveloped, and is actually an undevelopable area, and to the right, there are a couple of plots which, although qualified as urban, seem to be unbuilt, according to the aerial pictures received.
