The Cabernet Sauvignon grape vines have 6 years of tenure and produce 1,200 kg’s of grapes p.a.  The production is actually done by another vineyard. But there is plenty of space to manage your own commercial production if you wish.

There is a very large area under the pool that is currently a “bedroom” with lots of flat open storage space.  This would certainly make a good bodega and production facility, however, planning advice would be needed to confirm this.
