Having parked your car in the garage, you walk round to the main entrance, through a wrought iron gate up a set of stairs. At first level to your right, you find a patio which leads you into the mature garden and also the entrance to the guest accommodation. Carry on up and you get to a patio area where you find the main entrance.



Here, the patio area houses a gas cupboard and a space which has an access point for a water filtration system (currently removed). Walk around and you find the door into the kitchen and another outside cupboard for brooms etc. Behind this is the fabulous outside shower which is favoured by the current owners, a patio space and behind the shower another built-in utility space which houses the washing machine, gas bottles and assorted bits.



All outside doors have locked wrought iron doors and then a typical Spanish block patterned wooden door.

The windows are double glazed with mosquito blinds and have grilles.

There is a wrought iron dining table with four chairs which overlooks the sea, a built-in stone seat along one wall, and a lounge with two sofas and a tv connection point.

A large double bedroom with two single beds, three double sized fitted wardrobes, a window with a view out to sea , mosquito blinds & shutter and an airconditioning / heating unit.



Kitchen:

A range of fitted kitchen units with marble worktops, sink, free-standing hob and fridge.



Bathroom:

A shower, toilet and sink with a window with views out to the garden and on a good day you smell the lemon tree.



Patio / garden:

The patio leads down into the mature terraced garden and another patio area. The garden has a lemon tree, guava tree, oleander, plumbago, Chinese roses, bougainvillea, cypress trees, honey suckle, roses, palm trees and a range of succulent plants.



Garage:

This is a large garage with access straight from the main road.



Mains utilities are connected (water & electricity).

There are currently two sattelite dishes on the property, although they are disconnected.



Beach:

Calan Mig beach, the most popular sandy beach, is a 5min casual walk from the house. Just walk down the road, down the steps and you are into a 3-bay zone which provides a protected area for swimmers, snorklers and fishermen and plenty of surrounding rocks with rock pools to entertain the children.



The Coveta Fuma:

The Coveta Fuma is a popular multi-national development located 5 kilometers from the town of Campello and is 5 mins away from the N-332 and the Motorway AP-7.
