We are selling the house with the surrounding vineyard, orchard and underground cellar, which is located on the south east end of Slovenia, just outside the town Crnomelj.

The property is about 3089m2, there is around 100m2 of living space in the house and the underground cellar is approx. 70m2.

The underground cellar was built in 1990, and the house was completely renovated shortly after.

There is around 700 vine trees growing on the property, as well as many fruit trees in the orchard like different sorts of apples, pears, peaches, figs, kiwis, persimmons, plums, cherries, hazelnuts etc..

The house has two bedrooms + living room with expandable couch, where up to 12 people can sleep. There is a bathroom in the first floor and a toilet in the main floor.

House also has two storage rooms, garage, and kitchen with a table that can sit around 18 people.

Main doors into the vine cellar and inner doors inside of the cellar are hand carved from wood, as well as the doors of the cupboards in the kitchen (shows the tasks in the vineyard through the different seasons), closet doors in the living room and the backs of the chairs in the kitchen.

In the past the cellar and the property has been visited by many visitors and tourists from all over Slovenia and even abroad. The kitchen was also a place of many formal meetings of politicians, clubs, companies, organizations and others as recorded in the book of visitors. 

The house is being sold with all the necessary equipment for vine making, as well as the restaurant equipment (plates, glasses, cutlery...).
