We have a fractional ownership of a property for sale in Santo Antonio Resorts Golf Course in the Algarve Portugal.

The fractional ownership allows you to own one twelfth of this property. This share gives you occupancy from 1st May to the 16th May and also 16th August to 31st of August. These dates were chosen to cover school holidays and so is one of the best allocations of times that any owner has for this property. As an owner you have 50% discount on golf fees as well. The owners have enjoyed the property for ten years now and have seen many great family holidays with their children. Their children have grown up now so it is time to sell for them but would make a perfect investment and holiday home for any family.



The ownerandrsquo;s association have regular meetings to ensure the complex meets a high standard. Also, on site we have a full-time property manager who makes sure each property is maintained to a highest level. You would join other owners within the property and in some cases swap weeks or use extra shares if an owner is not using his share for any reason. The maintenance costs are around 800 Euros per annum which ensures a delightful village house is in an as new condition.

The golf course itself was designed by one of Spainandrsquo;s most renowned architects. With no two holes on the golf course alike it attracts golfers all year round and on regular visits.

Salema Beach village is only ten minutes drive away and has a variety of restaurants to enjoy.
