Ostia is famous for its seafood and is a buzzing tourist attraction in the summer, while locals love having it to themselves in the winter.

 

Both Rome airports, Fiumicino and Ciampino, are only 20 minutes away by car. The GRA, Rome’s motorway-ringroad, is only 10 minutes from the house. This makes every part of Rome accessible in a short amount of time.

 

The neighbourhood where the house is located is quiet, and has all conveniences close by. There is a post office literally next door to the house, a park for children which includes popular family restaurants, shops, bars and a gymnasium, spa and pool, only a 5 minute walk from the house. 

 

There are schools for all ages in the immediate vicinity, and a choice of supermarkets, bars, pharmacies and restaurants within walking distance.
