We are proposing a restructuring building with land in Rieti, Central Italy.

Our proposal could also be perfect for a small bed&Breakfast activity.

Location - Rieti is a medium city of less of 50K abitants, at 405 meters of altitude in a valley, with a good quality life in central Italy:

·         good quality air (no pollution); excellent food; no crime; no stress; sport (basket, glinding, skying in Terminillo, boating in Piediluco Lake etc.);

·         interesting historical location to visit inside and/or in the neighborhood (for instance, Saint Francis Holy Valley, with His 4 Old convents/monasteries: a good trekking or cycling tour);

·         interesting natural location to enjoy nature (waterfalls Marmore 30 Km; Terminillo mountain for skying, trekking, foliage 27 km; Piediluco lake for boating 28 Km; Bolsena lake  for sailing (Hobie Cat) 177 Km; Trasimeno lake 209 Km

Our Proposal - The building and the land are just outside the wall of Rieti (0,6 km), so they really are close to the city ! 

The land is of about 200 squared meters, so you can plant your favorite trees, flowers or even think of a custom garden with fountain or a very small pool.

The building needs to be restructured, but it could be a true bargain, if you are resident:

·         you can buy land and build at certain price;

·         by accessing to public concessions due to Covid-19 (public measures for sustaining economic activities, “110%”), you can obtain a restructured build without virtually any adding disbursement.
