This cottage is located at the end of the village on a plot of 3,950 m2 with lots of privacy. From the road you have to use a (private) paved road of 100 meters to get to the house.
On the photos a lot of rubbish. Sorry for that, but as the owner has died now the children are cleaning out step by step.

The cottage is a 60 m2, built of stone and constructively in order. You enter the house through the built-in terrace where there is a hall/room and from there you enter the bedroom, the shower / WC and the kitchen. Not very big, but fine for a summer cottage and if you want to live here for a longer period of time, building extra is good doable.

Facilities such as electricity and water are available. Gas can be connected from the street. There is a septic tank for the drainage. So far the house is heated with the wood stove. Connecting the internet and telephone is no problem.

You will find this house at the end (or beginning) of the village called Zákányfalu where a 600 people are living. In the village you can do the daily shopping and there is a doctor's office, a dentist and a pharmacy. For the fish and water enthusiasts there is the lake Gyékényes (3 km) and great to relax here nearby the water, for some sailing and certainly for fishing. Here are all kinds of fish.

The somewhat more bigger places in the area you can go to Csurgó (15 km) with a beautiful thermal bath and Nagykanizsa (25 km) where you will find all the big chain stores. Here also a cosy centre and plenty of opportunities to go to a restaurant, to visit a terrace or to look around. A day trip to Lake Balaton (70 km) is easy to do. Certainly also applies to Croatia (already within 30 km).

Property is small, offers a good plot and certainly worth this price.
