Ivanovo has little shops including one that sells mechanical goods and one that sells basic diy items. There is a kindergarten, school, post office and one of the only buffalo farms in the country. Buffalo can often be seen grazing in the fields behind the house. 

The roads through the village and to the house are good and well maintained.

The property is on the edge of the village, there is no passing traffic and the neighbours are quiet but friendly.

Ivanovo is 10km from Harmanli where you will find supermarkets, doctors, vets, pharmacies, garages, and public transport. There is a bus stop and train station. 

From Harmanli you can join the A4/E80 motorway.

The city of Haskovo is 50km west and the border city of Svilengrad is 40km east.

The Turkish border is 54km away and the Greek border is 43km away.

Sofia is 260km away, or 2hr 30mins driving.

The Black Sea coast can be reached in 3 hours.
