Dates announced for overseas property conference

The details of a new conference for overseas property investors have been announced – the MIPIM Asia show will begin at the Hong Kong convention and exhibition centre on September 26th.

This date will host the pre-opening ceremonies for the event, which will fully open its doors to the overseas property market from September 27th to 29th.

Over 100 exhibitors from 23 countries and 1,500 delegates from five of the world's continents will attend the conference, Europe Real Estate reports.

The event will begin by offering an overview of the market in the Asia Pacific region for overseas property investors and will then go on to analyse the sector by region, segment and investment mode.

Advice will also be provided on how to evaluate investment in property and the value of assets, providing an interesting insight for those involved in the market.

Rod Cornish, head of research at Australia's Macquarie Real Estate, a well known property economist and regularly quoted figure in the Australian media, will speak at the conference.
