The move means that the portal will be able to offer UK estate agents a specialised advertising service for homes that are barrier free and suitable for the disabled or wheelchair users. The dedicated accessible homes website Accessible Property Register answers a growing demand for these types of homes in the UK. Many of the mainstream estate agents and property websites have no specialist service for accessible and adaptable homes, and searching for accessible property can be extremely time consuming.
