BuyAssociation’s radio shows are presented by former BBC TV presenter Adrian Mills, who is joined by a panel of industry experts and celebrities in taking an objective look at a different overseas property destination or topic each week. The shows are packed with news, views, analysis and valuable insights into the world of international property. Shorter podcasts contain tips on buying in specific areas, mortgage and tax advice, and news items about worldwide events affecting key property destinations.
Nicholas Marr, founder and chief executive of Marr International, says: “Buying a home abroad can be a daunting task but introducing radio shows to Homesgofast.com will help our buyers research the overseas property market thoroughly, and is a great way for them to receive impartial advice in a relaxed and entertaining way.”

One advantage of the podcast audio files is that they can not only be listened to on a personal computer but can also be transferred to an MP3 player or Ipod – handy for the morning rush-hour or during those tedious traffic jams.

Matthew Lanham, technical director for Marr International, says: “It’s fair to say that many of our clients are from the older generation, and we assist many who claim to be technophobes. However, the podcasts are extremely easy to use, and I think everyone will enjoy the format of the shows.”

Podcasts can be heard in action for  the most popular regions to buy property abroad including:

Homesgofast.com uses its own network of websites and partnerships with other portals to promote property on behalf of everyone from the private seller in Manchester to the real estate agent in Mumbai.
