The Marina Bay property development in Abu Dhabi recently was awarded two Arabian Property Awards for 2008. The new eco-friendly tower on Al Reem Island won for Best High Rise Architecture and for Best Marina Development. The Marina Bay project, which is under construction and being developed by DAMAC Properties, is a 24 floor building with amazing views and amenities.
