Private developer Damac Properties has added a new dimension to the overseas property market in Jordan by opening The Heights, an ultra-modern, 35-storey tower which is one of the first residential high-rises in the country.
The construction stands in the Abdali area of Amman, Jordan's capital city, and features a range of options for investors interested in property abroad.
Studios as well as one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses are available in the tower, with open-air balconies in every residence.
The Heights also features top of the range amenities, with smart-home technology installed in every apartment, as well as such luxuries as marble and wooden flooring, a 24-hour concierge service and an advance cabling system for telephone and internet use.

The new high-rise development is not the only offering to overseas property investors that Damac has been responsible for in this region, as at the beginning of June it introduced a 14-building real estate venture in the Lusail's Fox Hills community in Doha.
