The company’s focuses all its investment activities in the Northern California region, an area which BUTTERFLY identified as having strong economic basis as well as attractive real estate investment opportunities. The company has offices both in the Silicon Valley and Israel, with one of the main focuses of the U.S. office being development and management of domestic properties. Butterfly currently manages real estate assets totaling over $110m in value, the vast majority being in the residential sector.
