Born out of her total dismay for the lack of ethics and Buyers Agency in the Belize Real Estate industry came Rainforest Realty. Within two years, Macarena was a founding force behind creating the first ever Real Estate Association in Belize. She was the first acting President of the association and signed the Bi-Lateral agreement with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) at their Las Vegas Conference.
