Property for Sale from the Rich and Famous

Denise Richards has just listed her California home for $4.25 million, which is $100,000 less than she paid for it. The ex-wife of Charlie Sheen and popular tabloid target says she wants to be closer to her kids, so she is selling her home in Los Angeles’ Hidden Homes neighborhood.

The home is a traditional New England style house and has 5,600 square feet of space. There are five bedrooms with a master retreat and sitting area. The luxurious home sits on approximately one acre in a gated community and also has a pool and spa.

Another home in the LA area that once belonged to some of the bigger names in Hollywood has been put up for sale. Peter Morton, who co-founded the first Hard Rock Café, listed his Beverly Hills home for $22.5 million. The two story house sits on 4 acres and has approximately 8,000 square feet. It once belonged to actress Marlo Thomas, who sold it to media bigwig David Geffen.

In recent sales, Stone Cold Steve Austin sold his house in Malibu for $2.5 million. The 3,800 square foot house sits on 1.4 acres and has ocean views. And in a unique twist, a realtor in Midland, Texas is listing a home for sale that was the former home for President George Bush and his wife Laura. This 2,400 square foot of presidential history is going for $239,900.
