Homesgofast visit Portugal Property Investments

The Management team from the overseas property website Homesgofast.com recently visited Portugal to see several developments underway by developers Maexpa Group . The internet entrepreneurs saw for themselves several luxury developments underway in central Lisbon, Sesimbra and in the Alentejo region of Portugal.

Property Developers Maexpa build both commercial and residential developments in range of countries including Spain, Morocco, Portugal, Mexico, Poland and Angola.

Portuguese property has been a popular investment for international real estate buyers for a number of years, and it is still going strong. Despite the slowdown in other countries, Portugal remains a solid market. The country has largely avoided the mass-built developments with little foresight or design, and instead has focused on providing quality properties for investors who want a good, long-term investment and home in which to live.

The visit took the team to Sesimbra to view a luxury off plan development called the Azur Private Residences . Sesimbra is located just 30 minutes south of Lisbon and is a picturesque fishing port of nestled into the foot of the Arrabida hills. It faces south overlooking a beautiful blue bay with the hills behind it, so it is protected from cold northerly winds. The town’s location and ideal climate have made it a popular weekend destination for Lisbon residents and workers, and many have decided to make it their home.
