Greek Island Has New Investment Property

In the eastern Aegean Sea is the beautiful Greek island of Samos, and a new resort is rising on the southeast edge that will be a true five star destination for international travelers and property investors. Halcyon Hills is being constructed on the edge of the Bay of Klima, with spectacular views and amazing amenities for visitors and investors alike.

A total of nineteen different property styles will be scattered throughout the resort and every individual property has been mapped and designed to take full advantage of the glorious water views. Properties at Halcyon Hills range from apartment suites, starting at approximately £160,000 to one, two or three bedroom kampanas and townhomes to luxury villas. Water at Halcyon Hills will be recycled to keep the grounds lush and green throughout the year, and the resort will process its own freshwater requirements. Furthermore, the facilities will be heated via a geothermal heating system.

The island of Samos is one of the easternmost of the Greek Islands along the coast of Turkey, just 1.5 kilometers from the Turkish mainland. Samos Airport (SMI) is located 14 kilometers southwest of Samos Town and 3 kilometers west of Pythagorio, making it very convenient to Halcyon Hills and Klima. The major ferry routes come to the island at Pythagoria and Karlovassi in addition to Samos Town.
