Simon Cowell No X Factor in Beverley Hills

American Idol and X factor judge Simon Cowell has still not moved into his house in Beverley Hills despite having bought the home back in 2006. Even at a price tag of USD$8 million the home was not exactly what the multi millionaire wanted. Mr Cowell demolished the existing luxury home to build his own dream home which today still remains unfinished.

Simon Cowell shot to fame after his unique and cutting remarks on talent shows earned him a hard to please reputation. Not afraid to bring young and old to tears with his no harsh comments Simons has earned a reputation that he is very hard to please.

It seems that he builders constructing the New Beverley Hills mansion must be under severe pressure to get things right. The new building is 8,000 square-feet and will house a gym, a hi-tech media room and of course, a swimming pool.

Celebrity neighbours include Madonna, Jessica Simpson, Sharon Stone and his fellow American Idol judge Paula Abdul. Recent X factor news suggests that Cheryl Cole is to replace Sharon Osbourne as one of the four judges on the show
