The popular northeast coast of Brazil has become an international real estate investor’s dream, with bargain prices and consistent double-digit appreciation in values. The Blue Nature Resort is one new project that is currently in the design phase and in pre-sale. There will be 31 luxury properties here with a range of spa services, all just 500 meters from the center of the village.
