Bom Sucesso Opens London Showroom

A new luxury resort development along the Silver Coast in Portugal is drawing interest from international real estate investors. Bom Sucesso Design Resort and Spa, located outside of Obidos, has just opened a showroom in the Knightsbridge section of London. This new development is being constructed around a championship golf course and also hosts many amenities for guests and home owners.
 
The architect designed homes will be a mixture of townhomes and villas, with the first properties set for completion in mid 2008. A total of 601 units are set for individual sale designed by some of the finest architects in Europe. Each building has been designed to fit into the overall landscape and plan of the resort. The resort has employed twenty three master architects including the likes of David Chipperfield .Being close to the Atlantic Ocean, owners will have some spectacular views. In addition to homes, there will be a 120-room resort hotel and spa.
 
Bom Sucesso is located approximately one hour north Lisbon just south of Obidos. This historic city between Lisbon and Porto has plenty to offer visitors and residents. Aside from being next to the ocean, the cultural offerings of Obidos are impressive. The Obidos Castle was recently voted one of the seven wonders of Portugal, and there are other castles, historic monasteries and sites to see.
 
The Bom Sucesso Design Resort and Spa is just a few minutes from the coast and situated on the banks of the Obidos Lagoon. The development incorporates a large amount of green space and recreation facilities. Other amenities include 24-hour security, swimming pool, football pitch and retail facilities. Units are on sale now and interested buyers can visit them at the new Knightsbridge showroom.
