Luxury Property Development Launched in Phuket

A new project called Sea Pearl Villas has just been launched in Thailand’s holiday destination of Phuket. The new development is perched on Patong Hill and is priced to attract both Thai and international buyers, according to managing director Sitthikorn Soontornnont.

The first phase of the new project consists of 48 villas and a restaurant. The entire development as currently planned will consist of 96 villas, a clubhouse, fitness center and other amenities for residents. Each villa is 148 square meters and has two bedrooms on two levels. The villas are set in groups of 12 around a common swimming pool.

There will also be a luxury five star hotel for guests who want to visit Phuket without having to buy their own property. The hotel will have villas and one bedroom suites. The property is being constructed on the Kathu-Patong Road as it heads down to the sea, providing wonderful views and the convenience of the beach just minutes away.
