The Architect
Architect Carlos Prater was a member of the Board of the Northern Regional Department of the Portuguese Architect Association (AAP), 1986/1990 for two consecutive triennia, of the National Council of AAP Delegates between 1992 and 1995 and the National Council of the Portuguese Architect Society from 1998 to2001, and is currently Chairman of the General Meeting of the Regional Department of the Architect Society. “The combined living spaces are arranged into two separate and distinct areas –
the day area to the East and the night area to the West . . . The day area comprises
the dinning room and kitchen that are connected by sliding doors and the lounge.
This area extends to the exterior, due South, through a covered space and also to
the entrance courtyard, allowing via this space an interconnection of the day areas

The Design resort presents the most ambitious project ever planned for a luxury tourist resort.
