"Located in a central position and with direct visual contact with the garden and with Óbidos lagoon, the entrance hall gives access to the three main living areas; the lounge, the dining room and the kitchen. Continuing the access point, an ample exterior staircase allows strong visual link with the living space and the garden area/swimming pool allowing direct access to the garden via the terrace."

The Design resort presents the most ambitious project ever planned for a luxury tourist resort. Portugal's Directorate-General for Tourism (DGT) has classified the resort Bom Sucesso with a five-star classification. This classification refers to the total 601 units of the complex (villas or townhouses) and represents a crucial advantage in relation to the rental of the tourism units.

Golf at Bom Sucesso
The resort benefits from an 18 hole Championship Golf Course stretching along the length of the resort shaping the housing centres, the Hotel & SPA and the other leisure facilities. The golf course, designed by the world-renowned architect Donald Steel is projected to be open in the Spring of 2008. It was constructed by Nigel Ely, currently the Chairman of the British Association of Golf Course Constructors
