Introducers
We are looking for Introducers who can generate leads for specific properties in our portfolio. We reward introducers with 25% of the commission we earn on the successful introduction of a lead that results in a sale.
Who are our Introducers?
Our lead generation introducers are individuals or companies associated with the real estate industry i.e . those who are in contact with property buyers. These include financial advisors, estate agents, property investors and currency dealers to property web site owners.
How much can a lead generating partner earn.
Our commission rates vary per property or developer. One of our developers pay us 6% commission on each sale, our introducers earn 25% of this commission. Some of our luxury homes worth £1m or more attract 2% commission, you can receive 25% of this.
What happens if the lead generated buys something else
We will pay the same commission rate provided they were not already registered in our system.
Introducer obligations
Introducers need to sign a contract and provide and us a copy of an official form of identification, i.e. passport or drivers licence. They will also need to confirm the method they intend to employ to find buyers for our properties. Each introducer will be assigned an account manager who they will send each lead.
Our obligations
We will provide you with the details of the projects that are suitable for promotion. We will inform you of the commission rates applicable per project.
Tracking of your leads
The Introducers account manager will track the progress of each of our introducers leads. We produce a monthly reports showing the progress of each lead.

We are working with developers who are constructing real estate in locations worldwide, the fact we are directly selling property on behalf of the developer means that your commission rates can be higher than many agents receive in their day to day business.
