Home buyers seeking a luxury home in Spain are being offered a millionaire yacht broker’s mansion valued at 2 million pounds for less than £300,000. The incredible deal would see the six lucky buyers with a luxury waterfront villa, with sports boat and car on the Spanish island of Mallorca

           

The Villa Maricel Owners Group allows you to have an ownership share in a luxurious villa on the island of Mallorca. Membership in the private syndicate is just €392,000 (about £299,000) for a one-seventh share. The villa has five bedrooms, four and a half baths, a gym and a swimming pool, in a prime position in the Santa Ponsa Yacht Club. A Mercedes mini-van and speedboat are included, so that owners have the ability to go anywhere at no added cost.

 

Each of the seven partners in the ownership group may use the villa it at times of their choice, totaling nearly two months a year each. The private syndicate is organised by Steve Last of The OwnerGroups Company, who says “The partnership is similar in some ways to a fractional ownership, but in this case there is no commercial entity. So the owners save a considerable amount of money by not having to pay for developer’s profits and expenses, The current owners are staying as partners in the group, and running costs are simply the true share of the actual bills.”
