The Directors and their families own all the shares in the company. The shareholders have invested substantial amounts of their own funds into the project.
Ownership of the legal title on all individual plots on the Flamingo Lakes site is confirmed by the company's Title Insurance Policy held with The First American Title Company, full details of this policy available for inspection
Maintenance fees are set at $1,200 per year, per plot for the first 2 years, then future annual fees will be set by the residence themselves based on their requirements.
