Traveling to Croatia There are direct flights to Croatia from many major UK airports to destinations such as Dubrovnik, Zagreb and Split, it has been known for people to fly to the East of Italy and travel by ferry.
The health care system in Croatia leaves a lot to be desired. All EU citizens with a valid EHIC will be entitled to free emergency care. You should consider going private to receive the best possible care.
You should expect to pay around £90,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and £250,000 for a four-bedroom villa.
Visa / Residency As an EU resident you can stay in Croatia for up to 90 days without a Visa. If you are planning on staying in Croatia for longer you will need to apply for a residence permit from the local authorities in Croatia.
