The health care system in Croatia leaves a lot to be desired. All EU citizens with a valid EHIC will be entitled to free emergency care. You should consider going private to receive the best possible care.

You should expect to pay around £90,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and £250,000 for a four-bedroom villa.

Visa / Residency

As an EU resident you can stay in Croatia for up to 90 days without a Visa. If you are planning on staying in Croatia for longer you will need to apply for a residence permit from the local authorities in Croatia.
