Located on the Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria, Sunny Beach is the largest resort destination in the country. Sunny Beach has 8 kilometers of beach, sitting on a wide, enclosed bay with plenty of gorgeous sand and sun. Nightlife is varied and ranges from nightclubs, discos, casinos and bars, to cafes, folk-style spots and a variety of acts and entertainment in the local taverns.

There are over 120 hotels in this resort town and many new developments for those who want to own their own vacation retreat. Because of the popularity of Sunny Beach and its development as a year round retreat, many international investors look for buy-to-let properties, which can yield from 5-10% annually and more.

Sunny Beach is about 35 kilometers north of Bourgas and 95 kilometers from Varna, the two largest cities on the Black Sea coast. Bourgas Airport (BOJ) has direct and connecting flights from many European cities, particularly during the summer holiday months. To connect from Sofia is just a 40 minute flight to Bourgas. From the airport it is then a quick drive up to Sunny Beach.
