About Ann Maurice

Ann Maurice  practices what she preaches her San Miguel home is what Ann Maurice refers to as her fantasy home. The main house (now completely restored) is an original Spanish Colonial residence dating back to 1717. She and her partner later bought the property next door in order to combine the two, build a guest house and develop the gardens and roof terraces . The result is a Spanish colonial home, with the charm of Mexico, some Moorish touches and furnished with antiques, local art and artefacts and mementoes from our many travels. Her no-nonsense approach to interior design as made her House Doctor programme and her books an unprecendated success
