The course structure centers on Ann's unique room-by-room approach, designed to teach the basics of home staging in just one weekend. This entertaining and informative course is for homeowners, landlords, real estate agents, interior designers, property developers . . . anyone interested in trying their hand at Property Presentation, whether for professional or personal use. Although this course focuses on preparing homes for sale and rental, much of the course material is applicable to creating a more attractive home for everyday living.
Whether planning to sell your home or not, the objective of this course is to teach one how to create an aesthetic, harmonious, and welcoming environment.
Property presentation courses-San Francisco topics include:
- How to maximize the value of your home and increase its appeal from both the practical and aesthetic points of view.
- Ann’s step-by-step technique for identifying a home's liabilities (room by room) and converting them to moneymaking assets.
- Clutter clearing, furniture placement, creating an appropriate color scheme, accessorizing and much more.
- Hands on critiques of personal photos of problem rooms furnished by individual delegates.
COURSE INFORMATION:
The course hours are from 9.30am - 5.30pm on both Saturday and Sunday and there will be a Wine Reception and Book Signing on Saturday at 5.30pm.
The fee for the 2-day Introductory Course is: US $395. Special fee for payment received by July 31 is US $375! The fee includes arrival coffee/tea, morning and afternoon refreshments, wine reception, and course notes.
