A Place in the Sun Live, the UK’s biggest and best-attended overseas property exhibition is turning the spotlight on four of the UK’s favourite destinations for buying properties abroad.

Informative country-specific areas featured at the show include:

• A Portuguese Pavilion, in association with the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce, with supporting seminars on buying in Portugal, including the full low-down on investment opportunities
• A Spanish village showcasing bargain discounted properties available along the Costas
• A French area co-hosted by French-property.com with properties available from across France and a dedicated seminar theatre with sessions on buying in France
• A Turkish Pavilion dedicated to property for sale in Turkey.

 

Based on the hit Channel 4 TV series, the award-winning A Place in the Sun Live promises an all-encompassing look at how to get onto the overseas property ladder. With the availability of heavily-discounted properties bringing the opportunity of owning a home overseas even closer for British buyers, A Place in the Sun Live offers visitors independent practical advice on the dos and don’ts of buying abroad.

The Emigration Show at A Place in the Sun Live has everything you need if you are thinking of leaving the UK permanently, with visas, removals, tax and legal advice. The Emigration Seminar Theatre plays host to sessions dedicated to emigrating to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Europe.

The Buying Advice Theatre, hosted by A Place in the Sun magazine editor Richard Way will cover everything you need to know about buying a property in Spain, Florida, Portugal, Italy, Turkey or Cyprus and will include a panel of experts for each country session.

Visitors to the show can meet the television presenters Amanda Lamb, Jasmine Harman and Jonnie Irwin who are starring on the main stage and signing magazines on the A Place in the Sun magazine stand.

The show is open from 10am to 5pm on Friday 26th to Sunday 27th March in Earls Court Two. Once again, the show is being held alongside The Ideal Home Show, the UK’s leading home improvement event.
